Overview
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy covers returns and refunds for Jennsty (JENN FASHION MORNING DESIGN LIMITED). Your statutory rights under UK consumer law are not affected.
Eligibility
Most unused items in original condition with tags and packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery unless marked non-returnable. Items must not be worn, washed or altered.
How to start a return
Email support@jennsty.com with your order number and reason. We will confirm return instructions. Please do not ship items back without contacting us first.
Refunds
After inspection, refunds are issued to the original payment method where possible, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider.
Exchanges
The fastest option is usually a refund and a new order for another size or style, subject to stock. Contact support for help.
Faulty or wrong items
If an item is damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund, including reasonable return postage where appropriate.
